As an on call employee you have the opportunity to create your own schedule and decide which days you are available to accept work.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have at least one year experience working as a waitperson in either a full service restaurant, a banquet facility or with a catering company. All experience must be verifiable.
• Attend an orientation/training session at which time your service skills will be further assessed.
• Purchase a full tuxedo upon being hired in order to accept assignments.
